Horizontal honing machine for cylinders and oil-hydraulics tubes, with electronic system able to completely control expansion and rotation mandrel, and stroke of head mandrel-holder.
Extreme versatility, quick learning, personalization of honing work by a new software “LPE”, with very useful function like initial cylinder touching, control of thrust stress, position of mandrel inside the cylinder, possibility to work with time, with stock removal, with abrasives cutting pressure etc…
Honing machine complete, suitable to work any type of bore and suitable to obtain any roughness and stock removal result, with the possibility to use the huge range of CAR honing mandrels, abrasive stones, diamond, CBN and special honers manufactured to satisfy any customer’s requires.
