PE 1500 (vertical honing machine)

	A new line of vertical honing machines for tubes with a max. length of 1200 mm and diameter until 400 mm (standard parameters) with the possibility to clamp the piece relatively to the customer’s exigences.

	CONTROL PANEL
		PLC controls the revolutionary electronic system of continous automatic Espansion and controls in process all functions; it is also equipped with a security system and video diagnostic for a numeric control of working axes. “Logica programmabile Evoluta” permits the view and the control in real time of working data and the setting up of parameters is by a graphic monitor in infinitesimal way. It is also possible to use automatic cycles, to indicate the abrasive corner and to store all the data when you turn off the machine.

HONERS

The vertical honing machine type PE permits to use different types of honers: COLMER with a big espansion suggested
to customers who have to work small series of tubes with a relatively great range of diameters. The second possility is
TLY which sholud be used for big productions and high material removals.
